When will you open?

We welcome you back from SATURDAY 25TH JULY from 10am.

What changes are we to expect due to the situation?

Pay as you go sessions are still available at £3.00.  You must arrive within a timed training slot, if the gym is not at full capacity then you will get to enjoy a training session for just £3.00.  Be aware you must leave when the slot comes to an end

NO NEED TO BOOK, just turn up on your chosen training slot and enjoy. In between each booking session we will close for 30 minutes for a deep gym clean.   Times now published - Click Here

Showers / changing rooms will be out of use.  You can access toilet areas through the changing rooms but arrive tat the gym ready for training (1 person in toilet area at a time).

The gym areas are already set up for distancing and all necessary Gym wipes/sprays and towels readily available for you to wipe the equipment last used.

We continue to monitor the situation closely and will adapt our plans as necessary.

Can we pay cash at reception?

Yes cash still accepted and you can continue to purchase your membership and products at reception either cash or card.

We also kindly request that you familiarise yourself with the latest guidance from PHE and do not visit Cruz Gyms if you are displaying symptoms of COVID -19 or been in close contact with someone with COVID-19.

More info. on this can also be found on the NHS and PHE websites below:

Are you restricting numbers per session?

Yes - for the safety of our members and staff we  there are clear signs confirming numbers on each floor.  We ask all our members to use common sense and respect your fellow trainers.  We will also be managing the floor areas making sure we all adhere to the social distancing guidelines.

How long can I train for?

You will be given 1.5 hours.  We are looking into a door code system, as a member you will be given a code - if you are late within your booking not  a problem, but you will still be required to leave at the end of the 1.5 hours.

What happens to those days/months I paid for during lockdown?

Firstly a big thank you for supporting your gym during lockdown.  If you were still a member in March leading into April - those days will be added onto your membership, however we do require you to be a paying member to have the days added.  Those that continued to pay, we are discussing bundle gifts as a way of paying you back.
